The gift card features a unique reference code which must be quoted to redeem. To redeem on-line, the recipient should type the unique reference number in the Discount Code box and click Apply at the website checkout. This card can be used as full or part-payment towards the art and/or workshops on Lesley’s website. Please note the gift card must be redeemed in one transaction, there is no facility for a remaining balance. This gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Where the buyer and delivery name and address are THE SAME, Lesley will complete all sections on the reverse of the card: To: (buyer’s name), From: (Lesley Shaw), Message: Enjoy!, Expiration date: 12 months from purchase, Amount: £75 and the Unique Reference Number: (individual). The gift card will be addressed and posted to the buyer.

Where the buyer and delivery name and address are DIFFERENT, Lesley will leave the top 3 sections blank on the reverse of the card for the buyer to fill in: To: (BLANK), From: (BLANK), Message: (BLANK), Expiration date: 12 months from purchase, Amount: £75 and the Unique Reference Number: (individual). The gift card envelope will be left blank, inserted with the gift card into a larger envelope addressed and posted to the buyer.
